Hi, I’m Lyndon—owner and lead trainer at Resus Refresh Rescue. For over a decade, I’ve volunteered as a trainer and surf safety educator with Surf Life Saving Queensland. I currently lead the training team at Peregian Beach Surf Club, where I help equip both patrolling members and nippers with essential rescue skills.
