These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Resus Refresh Rescue website and all training services provided by us.
By booking or accessing our site, you agree to these Terms.
1 General Information
Resus Refresh Rescue provides mobile first aid and CPR training across the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas.
We operate as an independent training provider and partner with nationally recognised Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) for course certification.
2 Bookings and Payments

Course bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

Payment may be made online or via invoice.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the course will be refunded in full; cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee.
3 Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you cannot attend, please notify us as soon as possible.

We may reschedule or cancel courses due to low enrolments, trainer illness or emergencies; if so, you will be offered a new date or full refund.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment.
4 Participant Requirements

Participants must bring photo ID and arrive on time.

A reasonable level of English and physical ability is required to complete the practical components.

Certificates will only be issued once all assessment criteria are met.
5 Use of Website
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content or to attempt unauthorised access to our systems.
6 Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, logos and course materials are owned by Resus Refresh Rescue or our licensors.
You may not reproduce or distribute any material without prior written permission.
7 Liability
We take all reasonable care in delivering our courses, but to the extent permitted by law, Resus Refresh Rescue is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

Actions taken based on training or information provided
Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

We handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
